    • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
    • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • Carrot Coconut Soup
    • 2 cups chopped carrots
    • 1/2 small onion
    • 1 garlic clove
    • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
    • 1 tbsp olive oil
    • 1 1/2 cups low-sodium vegetable broth
    • 1/2 cup coconut milk
    • Pinch of turmeric
    • Salt to taste

Instructions
